    Q. Is Win-Win Foundation a nonprofit organization?

    A. Yes, Win-Win Foundation is a fiscally-sponsored project at the Impact Philanthropy Group, an IRS approved 501(c)(3) public charity. The tax ID number for Impact Philanthropy Group is #82-4614872.

     
    Q. How is Win-Win Foundation and the Win-Win gaming platform associated with one another?
    A. Win-Win Foundation (WWF) is the philanthropic program of Win-Win, Inc. WWF provides a streamlined process for accepting funds from donors and transferring funds to Win-Win, Inc's charitable partners.

     

    Q. How are the funds regulated that are donated through the Win-Win platform?

    A. The Giving Back Fund has exclusive legal control over the contributed assets.

     

    Q. Are donations tax deductible?

    A. Yes! Your gift is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Upon the completion of your donation transaction, you will receive a "Charitable Donation Record" via email and this will be your official receipt. It will include all relevant information needed for tax purposes. Please check with your accounting professional for further information.

     

    Q. What percentage of my donation goes to the charity associated with the Win-Win tournament?

    A. 100% of your donation goes to the Win-Win Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit, and from there 75% will be sent to the partner charity. 25% covers the upkeep and maintenance of the Win-Win game platform and associated marketing and fulfillment cost of the partner's charitable tournament.

     

    Q. What is the mission of the Win-Win Foundation

    A. The mission of the Win-Win Foundation is to support other impactful 501(c)3 non-profit organizations through grants and funding across all sectors including education, health, and socio-economic empowerment.

     

    Q. I made a donation, how will my donation be used?

    A. Each Win-Win campaign raises funds for a particular cause, program or nonprofit. Unless otherwise stated, all donations will be made as a grant to the recipient organization who will have full discretion of how funds will be spent for charitable purposes.

     

    Q. Do I need a receipt for a tax deduction?

    A. Donations under $250 do not require a tax receipt, however, please keep the "charitable donation record" you receive via email as your receipt. You will receive a charitable donation record regardless of the donation amount.

     

    Q. What are some of the programs of the Win-Win Foundation?

    A. Our programming happens in several ways, but here are a couple of our favorite:

    • "Thinking Cap" Camp - an annual week-long camp for kids 10 - 17 years of age with a mission to provide exposure and access to kids who wouldn't otherwise have it; those from low income background with limited access to resources. Each year WWF selects a different charitable organization to partner with, keeping the feel and programming fresh!
      Programming for the camp includes sports related drills, technology/coding focused activities, social skill development, and so much more..
    • Win-Win Awards - an annual event where we recognize partner charities for their impactful initiatives, brand partners who have displayed an above average level of financial support for various charities, and we present our annual Win-Win scholarship.

    Q. Can anyone sign up to raise funds through the Win-Win platform?

    A. No, each charitable organization benefiting through the Win-Win game platform is chosen by the pro athlete and entertainers partnering with Win-Win. Each charitable organization is reviewed and vetted, ensuring proper status, prior to the start of tournament campaigns. At this time, Win-Win is not accepting inbound requests from charitable organizations.

     

    Q. How can I donate directly to Win-Win Foundation?

    A. You can donate directly to the Win-Win Foundation by mailing a check to:

    Q. Are the athletes running a campaign affiliated with the Win-Win Foundation?

    A. No, not typically. Each athlete or entertainer partner chooses their own foundation or charitable organization as the beneficiary of their campaign, which is listed clearly within the "tournament detail" section.

     

    Q. I made a mistake on my donation amount, how can I fix this?

    A. Please send an email with the name, amount, transaction id, and date of the transaction to giving@winwinfoundation.org. All of this information is listed on your "Donation Record" sent to you via email.

     

    Q. Do you provide refunds?

    A. No, unfortunately we do not provide refunds for donations made.

     

    Q. Can we use the Win-Win platform to raise money for our charity?

    A. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not offering the platform’s use for the general public to raise funds. If, however, your program is affiliated with an athlete or celebrity that wants to help you raise funds, please send an email to team@trywinwin.com
